I have 2 1099-R forms from the same brokerage firm. They have different account numbers but Turbo Tax thinks they are duplicate and will not let me go past this point.

How do I get around this?

Try changing the amount in box 1 and 2 of one them by increasing by a penny (.01).  This will not change your tax calculations and should introduce a difference between the two form entries.

I would try changing them by $1.  A penny will just be rounded.  Increase one 1099R by $1 and decease the other one.
