I had to mail my tax return,how can I track it?

Because my birthday didn't match my social, but I fixed it

Unless you used certified mail with a return receipt requested or some other mailing service such as Fedex with a tracking number, you cannot track your mailed return.  Wait about 4 weeks and then check its status on the IRS site:

To track your Federal refund:   

https://www.irs.gov/refunds
