I think you mean a 1095-B, which does NOT get reported on your tax return. In TurboTax, you just enter the months you had health insurance. You only have to enter the details of your coverage IF you get a 1095-A form. TurboTax will calculate any penalty and/or allow you to apply for certain exemptions to the penalty if you qualify for such.
If you have already filed, you only need to amend if the IRS contacts you or you misreported your coverage (if you reported that you did not have coverage but you did or vice versa) and the change will affect your refund or balance due.
did you get penalized for not having health insurance or what exactly are you asking?
I received a 1040-B for showing when I had insurance in 2018
