I had originally paid TurboTax via Klarna, but then I couldn’t submit my taxes. I ended up paying TurboTax with my debit card. Can you help please?

I need to cancel the Klarna transaction.

TurboTax cannot help you with Klarna.   Klarna is not part of TT.   That is your own separate account and you have to deal with Klarna yourself.
