I had my return sent back and need a 8995-A form. Line 10 of my 1040 says 6. How do I fill out this form?

What kind of business income you have and are claiming the QBI deduction for, determines where you go in the program to enter the information required so the program will generate the form. So do you have a SCH C business? Sch E rental income business? Or SCH F farming business?

I don't have a business at all or any business income that I know of. I'm a physician employed by a hospital. I can't figure out where Turbotax pulled that number from.
