I had Masshealth coverage until November then got switched to Health Connector. I have a 1099HC & a 1095-B. Do I need another paper

It depends whether the insurance coverage you had met Minimum Creditable Coverage (MCC) requirements. Your 1099-HC and 1095-B plans will indicate whether your insurance met MCC requirements. 

 

MassHealth automatically meet MCC.

If the Massachusetts Health Connector insurance was a Qualified Health Plan. then it, too would automatically qualify. 

No further forms would be necessary after identifying these two plans for your coverage.
