I had made a payment to IRS in Dec 2019 (1040ES) with "Estimated Tax" as the reason. Where do I provide the amount details for this payment (for 2019 tax year)?

Estimated tax payments you made are entered on the Deductions & Credits section...go to that tab and scroll down the page until you find & expand  the "Estimates and Other Taxes Paid " section
