I had K-1 income two years ago. I switched to H&R Block last year because I couldn't delete the LP. The problem still exist. Can I delete without upgrading to Premium?

Yes, if you do not have a k-1 this year, delete it from your return. Any K-1, self-employment activity, 1099-B investing, or rental property activity requires Premium. If you don't have those items, you won't be asked to upgrade.
