I had COBRA from 7/8/2022-12/31/2022. I started a new job on 1/3/2023. No health insurance on 1/1 and 1/2. How would I record this for 2023 taxes?

record for what purpose and what state do you live in?

If you were otherwise covered say that you were covered all year.
