I had a stem cell procedure done on my spine that wasn't covered on my insurance. Can I write that off on my taxes?

Yes.  You can claim it as an itemized deduction, under medical expenses.  Under Deductions and Credits, look for Medical Expenses.  You may deduct only the amount of your total medical expenses that exceed 7.5% of your adjusted gross.
