How to identify the TTax 'PROMO' CD versus the CD you actually ordered/requested. NOTE: the PROMO CD will require you to pay for your return.
Here's a pic of the promo CD packaging.
If it is a CD that you actually ordered, the packaging will be more generic usually simply white with black printing and a pasted on (metered type) postage label. It should not require an 'access code' to be entered upon installation.
