I got charged twice for money that I owed. I paid in April w/o filing. And I got charged when I filed California return via Turbotax in July. How to get money back?

When you use online TurboTax, there are separate fees for your federal and for your state returns.  What did you pay in April?   What did you pay in July?

No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue.  If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help.  Do not use the word “refund.”
