I got charged for premium services. I didn't want that.

i need the charge to be removed. How do i do that??

It sounds like you paid without removing the Premium Services first.  You'll need to phone TurboTax Support for any fee/billing issues.

Are you a California filer and chose to pay your TurboTax product fees out of your Federal refund?

Have you already filed?  If not, we can tell you how to remove it and then pay your TurboTax fees upfront with credit/debit card.

I have NOT filed. I ended up paying with credit instead of federal refund. I am cali filer.

Let me rephrase it. I first choose to pay using my federal refund, but a minute later decided to go back to step one and just pay it at the moment using my credit card. Then I get a confirmation that I paid $64 which wasn't what I wanted. I realized the transaction went through without telling me about the bundle.

If you paid by credit/debit card without properly removing Premium Services, speak to TurboTax Support by phone.  Follow the steps in the FAQ to schedule a call back.

Theyll try to tell you to call customer support, but customer support does nothing literally nothing except give you the run around until you get tired. This is a horrible practice where they charge people for services THEY DID NOT ORDER or USE

There a bunch of lying stealing thieves who only care about draining your pockets. When I said didn't want the service they charged me anyways then said they couldn't refund me because I already filed.

Same just happened to me, except I didn’t even file yet. My card was charged the premium price, even though I said “no” to all of the upgrade offers. I requested to downgrade and a refund for the difference, since I have no filed yet. TurboTax denied my request. This is their response: “Our Satisfaction Guaranteed policy only covers TurboTax CD/Download products. TurboTax Online is designed not to charge the customer until after they choose to file, so it is not covered under the Satisfaction Guarantee.”
