I got approved for a payment plan of 180 days and now when I go to the website it says they were unable to complete the transaction you requested. What do I do now?
IRS website says direct pay is also down but I must still pay the amount due. How can I even do that? I filed days ago. Is this a glitch?

You would need to contact the IRS by phone to make a payment or find out what to do if their site is down.
