I got an email yesterday saying my forms were ready for filing by mail. After updating TurboTax business yesterday, they now say "Ready Soon". Same deal today.

Is this just me? Or is anybody else having this issue? I can wait but I'm just worried that something is wrong.

This is what I see after I update:

It is not just you. Enter Forms Mode and take a look at the forms.

In particular, in large red letters on Form 1065 the words "DO NOT FILE" are printed.

Okay, thanks. It just seems odd that they sent out an email saying that these specific forms were now ready. The Intuit Tax Form Availability tool also puts big green check marks in the "Ready for print" column for Form 1065.

Why do you even care about forms being ready to mail ???   You need to wait and efile the return which may be ready by the 17th ... so just be patient.

Forms availability shows the 1065 is available as well.

See https://care-cdn.prodsupportsite.a.intuit.com/forms-availability/turbotaxbusiness_fed_windows_partnership.html

I suspect that is in error and the e-file date (1/17/2023) is more accurate with respect to the printed form's availability.

I can't e-file -- I need to attach a printed Form 3115 (Change in Accounting Method) that I manually prepared last year. I carved out a block of time this weekend to print and review the taxes. I don't need to send them in right now, but it would have been very convenient. I've wasted a bunch of time scratching my head over the inaccurate information coming from Intuit about the status of these forms.

Sorry but since the return is not due until 3/15  you can get back to this later.  The early version of the program is always glitchy and there is nothing that can be done to speed things up.  Try again later today or maybe tomorrow ... the tech team is working everyday at this time of the season not just M-F 9-5.

Despite receiving two emails that my forms are ready and despite the information posted here, I am still unable to print or e-file. I am concerned only because I don't see anybody else posting about this issue anywhere. I'll continue to wait and will update this thread if anything changes.

Hang in there ... the IRS will not start processing returns until next week so you have time to wait.

Check the REVIEW tab to see what you are still waiting on and when they could be ready.

The only thing that is concerning to me is that all the forms on my return have been listed as "available" for the past 5 days. If the forms were listed as "unavailable" I would be much more relaxed.

Understood, except that list is simply not as accurate as whatever the program indicates. Note that they do not even bother to list the forms numerically.
