I got an email offer yesterday, 20% discount if I completed my return, but I was charged full price. Customer support hasn't been helpful. Anyone have this experience?

I contacted customer support as soon as I saw the full amount, and did not file. The rep told me to go ahead and file and that all I needed to do was request a credit. the request was denied...

If your affiliate partner discount for TurboTax is not applied

If you followed the preceding steps and your affiliate discount has not been applied, try deleting your cookies. Then follow these steps:

Go back to the special website provided by your bank, credit union, or insurance company, and select the TurboTax link or icon
- This will take you to the special TurboTax-branded affiliate site with the discounted pricing
Sign in to TurboTax and open or continue your return
Select Tax Tools on the left, and then Tools
Now select the My Fees button. It should show the discount

I think this would have been helpful, but my card was charged yesterday.
