I got an e-file rejection, I went in and fixed the issue now I don't get the option to refile it electronically without paying. How do I refile without paying?

It sounds like you may have added a form not covered in the Free Edition when you fixed your reject.

When using TurboTax Online, the version of the program you need is based on the forms required for your tax return.
