I got adopted and my changed. It doesn’t match my social security number and my tax return keeps getting rejected

You need to file your return with the name that is shown on your Social Security card.  Then, after your tax return is accepted, go to the Social Security Administration to get your name changed on your Social Security card if you want to use your new name officially.
