I got a W2 from a company I didn't work for last year

I haven't worked for the company since Q1 of 2015. When I filed in 2016 for the 2015 year I had both my old and new employer listed. For some reason I received a W2 from my old  employer for 2016 stating under Wages, tips, other comp $172.02. I don't know what this is referring to, and even checked deposits on my bank for the last year and it didn't show that amount coming in within the last 18 months... Should I just add this as a W2 to my tax return?

I would contact the old employer and find out why they gave you a w W-2.

Perhaps it is some vacation pay and they check got returned, maybe you have $172 coming.

Find out before you file.

I am having a problem contacting the old employer. The number's that I call are just voicemails and they are full. I also filed my taxes already. What do I do? This W-2 is very questionable.
