I got a notice saying that i didn't provide the forms for insurance & it's on hold til i give them2 forms and I'm still being charged $103 for something that's free???

Why am i still being charged for something that was done wrong? I agreed for you to take the$$ out of my taxes, however, they didn't get2 forms and i wasn't told by turbo that these were needed. Why the charge if its wrong? Especially when it was advertised as free!! Should i be getting charged in full for inaccurate assistance?

Oh for crying out loud !!  Don't tell me that you are old enough to pay taxes, and you don't realize that "free" doesn't really mean free.  We constantly see things advertised as free, when it's not really free.  Wake up and smell the coffee man !!

Not asking why it's not free. I'm asking why i have to pay for something that was done wrong. I gave them permission to take the fee out of my federal refund however, never got it because Turbo tax did not provide the correct forms to fill out so i have to get the forms myself and figure out how to fill them out in my own now. And i have to pay for this service??? I would have done it all on my own if i knew this. So, to your response, you're not answering the question i asked. I don't care about the fee. I sucked that part up, but to pay that much for the bad service that in return made me not get my refund? ? That's my issue that's in question.
