I got a 1099-INT from the IRS that shows interest paid/credited during 2020. It didn't come with instructions like most forms. Do I include it in my wages?

The form says "keep this copy for your records" and also says "this is not a tax bill". There is a payers ID on it, and next to the payers ID it says "Internal Revenue use only". Thanks in advance for any help!!

Yes, you will include the 1099-INT on your tax return, since it is taxable income. Please follow these steps:

  1. Login to your TurboTax Account
  2. Click on the Search box on the top and type “1099-INT”
  3. Click on “Jump to 1099-INT”
