I got 1095-C form from employer for health coverage, not 10995-A for year 2021, where should I file? Do I get penalized? I don't see any place to file for 1095-C form?

You don't need to enter your 1095-C to file your tax return. However, please keep the form with your tax records.

Form 1095-C, Health Coverage, is a form that reports to the IRS the type of health coverage you had, dependents covered by your insurance, and how many months you had coverage for.  You don't need the form to file your tax return. TurboTax will ask you questions about your health coverage but your 1095-C isn't needed. Just keep the form in your files
