I get the message "the CRA is unable to accept your NETFILE tax return". I have tried several times and always get the same response. Is there any way to solve this?

I have tried several times over several days and keep getting the same response. 

It is what I think should be a straightforward return. I moved to Canada in the 2017 tax year - this is my first return.

Or do you need to file a U.S.A. return?
