I found that I no longer have an account with Intuit, even though I've been filing with turbotax for the past 3 years. What happened to my account?

I normally just sign in with my e-mail, but when I attempt to sign in now, I'm greeted with the message, "We can't find anyone with [pii]" I need to know what happened to my account.
