I forgot to add in my Health care cost to my taxes. Now I have to send in 8962 form and I have no clue as to how to fill it out.

first you need form 1095-A which you can get from https://www.healthcare.gov/

this assumes you got your healthcare coverage there.  if not,  then 8962 isn't needed 

next you paid for live support, so contact them and they can tell you how to proceed (fill out 8962 if you had healthcare.gov coverage) or how to respond if you didn't
