I filed with Turbo for the last 3 years for free and I don;t have anymore to file with this year then last year.  So why are you charging me. Well i haven;t paid yet.  So I am going to a college that does it for free for points in their college courses. Thanks. Judith

I asked for  acopy of 2018 tax I did last year and didn;t get it either.  It is so frustrating to watch on tv  and it says free free and it isn;t becasue  if it was i would have my income tax already filed and waiting for my refund. My sister said to it says free so many times and that is wrong. Judith

Please see the TurboTax FAQ below on how to get a copy of your 2018 tax return:

How do I get a copy of the 2018 return I filed in TurboTax Online?

You can also get a copy from the IRS by following the instructions in the link below:

Can I get a copy of my tax return from the IRS?

For the free programs, TurboTax Free Edition (and TurboTax Live Basic) is intended for taxpayers with very simple returns that can fit on the new 1040 form without any schedules.

You can also check to see if you qualify for the Free File Program, which can handle more complex returns at no charge.

Why do I have to upgrade from Free Edition?
