I filed with turbotax last year (2017) under this account. I can see that from the home screen, but when I go to file this years taxes, it says it doesn't have my AGI

Bizarre.  What I'd recommend is using the IRS webpage linked below to access a transcript (abbreviated version) of your 2017 tax return.  That transcript should contain your 2017 AGI so you can complete your e-filing.
