I filed with free file from turbo tax. The IRS get my payment tool says based on the information they have, they cannot determine my eligibility. WHY?

there have been reports in the press that in some cases the IRS has troubles loading all the information.


Give it a week and check back; as long as you filed, you should be in the queue for the stimulus - it's just the timing of when you get it that is the issue,

your problem is quite common.   first the IRS looks to the 2019 return.  with it being short of staff it may take longer than usual to process.   then the IRS need s to transfer the info to its stimulus database.  and of course Trump's signature has to go on the check.    the IRS database is updated only once a day  so check daily.
