I filed twice once on TurboTax and credit karma now my return is rejected on TurboTax.. am I able to file with TurboTax instead of credit karma

No.  If you already filed once, any additional attempts to file (anywhere) will be rejected by the IRS.  If your return was accepted on another site, Turbotax is not going to be able to file your return if it was already accepted.  Each taxpayer can only file one tax return per year. 

 

If it was rejected at another site it is going to also be rejected at TurboTax unless you are able to address the issue that is causing the rejection.  We would be happy to help with that if you could provide more information.

You may want to proceed with caution regarding Credit Karma.  Credit Karma customer services refuses to deactivate fraudulent accounts.  As Intuit intends to acquire Credit Karma, it would be helpful to know how Intuit will ensure confidential information is not shared and address these fraud and privacy issues as Credit Karma refuses to deactivate fraudulent accounts.
