I filed single last year because I was divorced, how can I removed the spouse information as I no longer have one?

He has filed his own taxes this year and I don't want file with his information on my return

You will need to create a new account with a new User ID since you are no longer married.  Removal of the ex-spouse information is problematic for your current account.
