I filed on the turbo tax app. For some reason only my Federal return was accounted for. So I tried H&R block and my Federal return was much much smaller, but my State return was accounted for. What do

So your federal return was filed with TurboTax and State was filed with H&R block? Or do you think you filed twice? If you filed two returns one of them will be rejected.

Did you file your federal and state together on the TurboTax App? Until your federal return has been processed and accepted, your state return will show as incomplete. Once your federal return has been accepted, your state return will show as processing and then accepted or rejected by your state.

Why is my state e-file status incomplete?

So I was going to use turbo tax to file my taxes but I keep getting rejected so I went to hr block and filed well my state return got accepted and federal return rejected and later found out it was because of my 1095 A long story short hR block will not copy a 1095A from marketplace it HAS to be the legit one so i got tired of waiting on it to be sent in the mail  and went back to turbo tax and copyed my 1095A for my federal return and it was accepted so will I be ok with federal at TurboTax and state at hrBlock ??

As long as you receive confirmation that your return was accepted, your returns should be processed normally.  You can check your return process by checking the Where's My Refund link provided by the IRS.  You can also check with your state's department of revenue website to monitor the process of your state return.  See the link below:
