I filed my taxes yesterday using TurboTax. I got this offer from you "ONLY 16 HOURS LEFT. File by 3/15 to get state for $0". Why did I still get charged?

I see that you are contacting us from TurboTax Premier. When filing using TurboTax Premier Online, the state is an additional charge. State is free when you file with Absolute Zero only as you can see in the following link.

https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/

Absolute Zero (https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/free-edition.jsp) is for basic tax returns and you are eligible if you:

•Made less than $100,000

•Don't own a home or rental property

•Didn't sell investments

•Don't own a business or have 1099-MISC income

•Don't have any major medical expenses
