I filed my taxes and the State was rejected because of the form SD100 tax based, i deleted the form but it will not let me resubmit it. Do i need to print it out & mail?

Try closing TurboTax, clear your Cache and Cookies, and reopen TurboTax.  Make sure you have ran all updates.
