I filed my tax return for free with turbo tax because of the Stimulus package..Did the IRS therefore automatically received my filing datas electronically..??

It's not clear what you did. Did you use the Free Edition to file a tax return or did you use the stimulus payment portal to register for the stimulus payment? If you used the portal, all you did was file a return with $0 income. If you now need to file a "real" tax return, you will have to print and mail it. If the only income for you and your husband is social security, you don't need to file a tax return.
