I filed my Tax return 2023 and both Federal and State returns were accepted. For IRS "No return is on file". How is it possible? How can I fix this?Turbotax, any help?

do you have the email documenting that it was accepted? 

How are you otherwise confident that the returns were accepted?  Does the State have record of the tax return?

When was it mailed?

Even if you have proof that you filed, and it was lost, you will need to print, sign and mail the return.  Also mail your W2's, 1099 forms, and other forms.   Use a mail service that gives you a notice when it is received.
