I filed my daughters federal and state returns, but did not realize form 8615 wasn't filled in completely? My son's information was not included. What do I do?

When I completed my son's returns, that form asked for all of her information.  Do I need to amend her filings

Yes, she (you) needs to file an amended return.  I recommend you wait until any tax payment has cleared or any refund due has been received.  For details on how to amend the return see the following FAQ: https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/3288565

I E-Filed her return yesterday 3/22/17.  I have not mailed the tax payment yet to either IRS or NJ.  Can I amend now? Can the amended return be included with the corrected tax payment?  I am almost certain the amount owed will increase.

Do not mail the payment for the original return and the Amended (Form 1040X) return together.  Wait until the payment for the original return has been processed (cleared the bank) to mail your Amended return.  If an additional payment is due, mail it with the amended return.

Okay, thank you for clarification.
