I filed my daughter's taxes and paid with a credit card in TurboTax. I can't find the payment receipt within TT. How do I get this? I want more proof than cc statement.

You/she can use the IRS Individual Online Account to look up payments and other activity on her account. TurboTax will notify you when the return has been processed.
