I filed my 2019 taxes with Turbotax. It was accepted. Then letter, the IRS need health ins. forms 1095-A & 8962. Why Turbotax didn't ask forms. Sent to IRS. NO refund

if you faxed that document in, you might have been processed before everybody at the IRS processing centers left and went home. Or, maybe not.
