I filed my 2019 taxes with turbo tax, I go to the irs site to check my stimulus check and now it’s claiming I need to add a bank account meanwhile I filed with you guys, I typed in my information

We don't have any information that would tell us why the IRS did not have up to date bank account information on your tax return.  

The best way to handle this is to do what you have done, and provide the information directly to the IRS as they have instructed.
