I filed last year with TurboTax and have no record of it and I keep getting AGI error even though it's correct.

Just like the title says. I am trying to e-File with TurboTax and am getting an error regarding my AGI even though it is 100% accurate to my 2020 Tax Return and it says that it doesn't match the records. When I try to e-file it makes me state that I either didn't file or that I filed using a different program but I know for sure I used TurboTax and I only have one single account. What can I do to? This seems like a bug.

When did you file last year?  Was it Accepted?   The IRS took a long time to process returns so try entering 0 for the AGI.

It's common to end up with multiple accounts. First LOG OUT of whatever TurboTax account you're logged into right now. Then use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used

If you used the Desktop CD/Download program then the only copy is on your computer and not saved or stored online.  And your Online account won't know if you used the Desktop program.

If I put 0, do I still choose that I filed with a different program? Because I didn't.

I didn't know it asked that question.  That's not important.   The AGI is important.

Did you receive unemployment in 2020? If so, subtract the amount of unemployment you received from your AGI  since the IRS adjusted it on their end.

Yeah, I dont know what's wrong or how to fix it! I put the correct number, rejected. Put a 0, rejected. Something has to give!
