I filed last year with Turbo Tax under a different last name. I can't remember the password to get into this account to get my AIG#, what can I do?

  • You can try to reset your password by going to the login screen then a reset password email will be sent to you with a link attached.
  • Or you can call in to have an agent send you a reset password link.
  • Once logged into your account you can then change your last name in the Personal Info tab and obtain your AGI.
  • Or you could use the IRS website to obtain your AGI, by just giving them some simple personal information.
