I filed four returns and the state filing fee for Wisconsin was $20.00. I just filed he 5th and the cost went up to $25.00. This has happened the last few years ?????

Prices changed on March 1.

The desktop software's state price to e-file has gone up on March 1st for many years.  Nothing new there, just their typical early vs later pricing.
