I filed for a state extension through Turbo Tax but my extension payment was not withdrawn. Do I have to manually make an extension payment directly to my state?

My extension was accepted but my payment has still not gone out. How can I verify if this payment is just in process or the process was not actually initiated by Turbo Tax?

At peak times it can take the IRS 7-10 days to take payment. You will not be penalized for a delay if you have filed before the deadline.
