I filed for a federal extension and made a payment of what I likely owe, is there any way to confirm that the payment is being processed?

To clarify, the debit has not yet hit my bank account, and I don't see an option in TurboTax where I can see my payment history.

Your filing instructions will indicate that you chose direct debit for you payment.  Depending on when your tax return was accepted, please know that it is not unusual that your payment has not come out of your account yet.  It may take another day or two.
