I filed electronically, and i owe the Federal, so i will mail it in, but i'm getting a refund from the State, do i still mail the State ?

You state that you 'filed electronically'; does that mean you Efiled your Federal return already, but will mail in the Balance Due? If so, you can also Efile your State Return. 

If you have not Efiled yet, you can Efile your Federal return if you owe money.  You have various options to pay your Balance Due to the IRS that you indicate in TurboTax, including mailing a check later. 

You can Efile both your Federal and State returns, but you can't efile State Only.  That's because the State efile has data that flows from the Federal return.
