i filed/completed my federal taxes last night on irs.gov and I need to complete my state taxes only. What do I do?

how can I skip all the federal information and just go right to the state so I can file?

 When you use TurboTax the information flows from the federal return to the state return.  You cannot use TT to prepare a "stand alone" state return.  Try going to your state's tax website to see if you can file there.
