Print the state forms and snail mail it to the state. A stamp is substantially less money than paying TT or the State.
One would think the state would WANT electronic filing but no, they would rather have employees manually open and process returns so, they can increases their payrolls, increase state cost and pensions and grow government and thus, your taxes.
