I filed an extension with a payment for $1914 for 2019. I do not see it on my bank or credit card. Was it paid?

Was the extension accepted?  Which payment method did you select?

yes the extension was accepted. see below copied from an e-mail received 4/13/2019. the extension was with a $1914 prepayment (the amount that showed at the time) and was listed on schedule 5 of my tax filing. I used a visa  card. Please call me or contact me through the portal. to resolve this.

Your 2018 Federal Personal Extension has been approved!

Dear TurboTax customer:

We’re reaching out to let you know that your 2018 Federal Personal Extension has been approved!

What does this mean?

Now that your extension has been approved, you have extra time to file your return.

Keep in mind that an extension does not give you an extension to pay any taxes you owe. If you owe taxes, make sure to pay before the original filing deadline date to avoid any penalties or interest.

Thanks,
TurboTax

TT does not make tax payments.  Rather, it gives your credit card info to the IRS, and the IRS then pulls the payment.

Please call the IRS.
