I filed an extension on 4/15 via turbotax, but being reject, and the rejection email sent to me junk email and I found it now... the due day is passed, how should I do?

Sorry--then if you did not check your junk mail folder and catch the rejection notice in time, it is now too late to request an extension.  If you are getting a refund there is no penalty for filing late.  If you owe tax due, then get your documents in order and file and pay as soon as you can.

When you requested your extension you were supposed to pay your estimated tax due.  Did you enter the payment you made into your tax return?  Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes

If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.
