I filed 2 different W2's but it's only showing 1 being proscessed. what can I do!?

Did you file two different form 1040's for two different people?

All of your W-2 income is combined and filed together on the same return.  If you also file a state return, the same will apply to that return.  If you entered both of your W-2's on your return, then you have completed it correctly.
